Landscape Photography

I'm often seen dashing to the beach to take seascapes of the stunning Bayside area of Melbourne we live in, rain or shine (originally hailing from the UK I’m not afraid of a bit of weather!). I’ve always lived for exploring the world and being amongst nature and the outdoors. Day-to-day I find my greatest inspiration on our very own Bayside doorstep. Feeling fortunate to live here, I love to capture the ever-changing beauty of our spectacular coastline and bring those natural windows into our homes. 

Up until having children, my husband and I used to spend much of our spare time travelling, roaming national parks and finding desolate beaches which I used to photograph and paint later. With easels, paints, small children and bush walks being an interesting combination, I have found great solace in my landscape photography. I think of it as painting with light, in a way that can be easily snapped shut and worked on away from sticky fingers! My vision has been to create landscapes that have the fleeting spirt of photography with the quality and depth of painting. And most of all to create images that people love, where they can connect with nature.

My images are professionally printed on fine art paper. You can choose an unframed print or framed with a choice of a white, oak, or black box frame to suit your interior.
