Fine art photographic prints

All our Fine art photographic images are print only. They are printed professionally and locally on premium archival fine art paper. The print sizes listed are the dimensions of the actual printed area of the image. Each image includes an excess white border of at least one inch for easier framing. All images are signed and titled on the border by the artist Nichola Clark.

Framing

At present our fine art photographic prints come unframed only. We recommend using a professional framer. We have a list of Melbourne framers (below) that we can suggest. They look wonderful presented with a white mat border in a box frame (either white, light oak, or black).

Timing

Because our artworks are printed to order, allow 10 days to receive a ‘print only’ for orders within Australia. With COVID delays this may take longer. Local orders can be met sooner. Please contact us if you require a piece quickly, we can then look at express options to see if the timing is possible.

Postage and packing

We charge a flat $10 fee for standard postage within Australia and $20 for standard international postage. Allow extra time for international shipping. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Shipping will be calculated at check out. All artworks are carefully rolled and packaged in tubes.

Returns

Because our images are printed to order for each customer, unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind. We make sure that we package our products carefully to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during the freight process, please make sure it is recorded by the carrier and you photograph the damage before signing for the parcel. Please email us the photograph of the damage and contact us within 7 days to discuss the return and a replacement.

Handling

Our images are printed on fine art paper and need to be handled very carefully. To prevent damage in handling, we recommend that customers keep their image in the roll and take it straight to a professional framer for handling and framing.
